My Approach

Utilizing a holistic, heart- centred approach, it is my belief that with guidance, you have the ability to discover and explore where issues may be present in your life.

With collaboration, you also have the ability to determine the best way towards a more peaceful, satisfying and happy life.

Whether it is improving relationships, dealing with anxiety, or recovering your best self, counselling offers an opportunity to change your life in positive ways.

When dealing with recovery from Post Trauma Stress, (or PTSD) I use a holistic method that incorporates both the mind and body, as many trauma response are stored in the body also. This includes working with the Vagus nerve and simple physical methods to restore healthy function

Using types of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, such as Solution Focused Therapy, Acceptance & Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, combined with Meditation and Mindfulness practices, it’s about finding solutions to suit you.
